Trinity College - Maintenance Work

Inspection, maintenance and conservation of Trinity College’s heritage slate roofs. Our role includes roof condition assessments, identification and prioritisation of defects, preparation and costing of maintenance works, and completion of approved repairs. Works include slate replacement, ridge repairs, leadwork and flashing repairs, with a focus on maintaining weather-tightness and preserving the existing heritage fabric.
