Uniting Church Beaufort - Targeted Roof Conservation & Repairs

Targeted repairs to extend the service life of the existing ageing Ffestiniog slate roof. Works included replacement of approximately 200 deteriorated slates, renewal of step flashings and valleys, treatment and protective coating of salvageable metalwork, and replacement of gutters and fascia to improve drainage and prevent overflow.
